Elmwood Farm is the original home of Community Harvest Project, founded as "Food For The Needy" by the late owners of Elmwood Farm, Bill and Rose Abbott. Over the years, hundreds of farm volunteers have joined together to grow fresh vegetables for distribution to local hunger relief organizations.
